Acceptance

By browsing this website or submitting a form on it, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.

Use of this site

You may read this site, print pages from it, and quote from it with attribution. You may not:

• use automated means to submit our forms, or to send us anything other than a genuine enquiry;
• attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server, or database that is not made public;
• probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written permission;
• use the site to transmit malicious code, or anything unlawful, defamatory, or harassing;
• scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for other visitors, or misrepresent its content as your own.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, design, graphics, and code of this website belong to Aarhit Consultancy or are used under licence. The Aarhit name and mark belong to us.

Third party components used on this site remain the property of their authors and are used under their respective open source licences.

Nothing on this page grants you a licence to our trademarks.

What you send us

If you send us an idea, a suggestion, or feedback about our services, you grant us a non exclusive, royalty free right to use it. We say this because we cannot run a business that has to check whether an idea reached us in an email before we may act on it.

This does not apply to anything covered by a non disclosure agreement between us, and it does not apply to a resume or an application, which we treat as described in the Privacy Policy.

Do not send confidential technical information through the contact form. Ask us to sign a non disclosure agreement first, and we will.

This site is not an offer

Everything on this website, including any indication of price, timeline, team size, or capability, is provided for information. It is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer.

Figures quoted in our case studies were true for that engagement. They are not a promise of the outcome you will get.

Engagements are governed separately

If you engage us, the relationship is governed by a master services agreement and a statement of work signed by both parties. Where that contract and this page disagree, the contract prevails entirely.

Ownership of the code and other deliverables we produce for you is dealt with in that contract. Our standard position is that ownership vests in you on creation.

Third party links

This site links to the websites of Acmez Technologies, Webyfied Technologies, and Sciematics Insights, which are companies within the same group but separate legal entities with their own terms.

It also loads stylesheets, fonts, and scripts from third party content delivery networks. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them.

Availability

We try to keep the site available, but we do not promise it will be. We may change, suspend, or withdraw any part of it without notice, including pages describing services we no longer offer.

Disclaimer

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

This clause governs the website. Liability under a signed engagement is dealt with in that contract.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Haridwar, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continue in force.
