Information you choose to provide
The hosted enquiry form may collect your name, email, telephone, organization, role, enquiry purpose, service interest, project stage, indicative budget band, timing, preferred contact method, message, privacy acknowledgement, and optional update preference. Support and career enquiries use a reduced set of fields. AARHIT also receives information you send directly by email, telephone, mobile, or WhatsApp.
Do not submit passwords, authentication tokens, payment card details, identity documents, health records, or other unnecessary sensitive information through the public form.

Why the information is used
AARHIT uses enquiry information to route and respond to your request, assess a possible project or professional interest, provide support, maintain security, prevent abuse, keep necessary correspondence records, and meet applicable obligations. Optional update consent is separate from the required acknowledgement and is not preselected.
Form routing and email delivery
The browser sends an allowlisted purpose key. Hosted PHP maps that key to a fixed AARHIT mailbox: general enquiries to info@aarhit.com, sales and project discussions to care@aarhit.com, support to support@aarhit.com, and career interest to career@aarhit.com. The browser cannot choose an arbitrary destination.
Authenticated SMTP sends the internal notification and then attempts a short confirmation to the visitor. The result page reports confirmation delivery separately, and the confirmation does not reproduce the full enquiry message or sensitive form contents.
Technical and service providers
Information may pass through AARHIT's selected website host, SMTP service, and communication channel when needed to operate the enquiry. No analytics, advertising, social tracking pixel, or marketing platform is configured on this website at the policy version date.
Retention and security
Enquiries and related records should be retained only for the period reasonably needed to respond, manage a relationship, protect the service, and meet applicable duties. AARHIT determines suitable retention for mailboxes, backups, security records, server logs, and deletion procedures.
The hosted form uses server-side validation, CSRF protection, spam controls, rate limiting, hard-coded routing, secure SMTP, safe error messages, and security headers. No internet system can promise absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may ask about information you supplied, request correction, withdraw optional update consent, or ask whether deletion is appropriate by emailing info@aarhit.com. AARHIT may need to retain limited information when required for security, legal, contractual, or record purposes.
Children and external links
The website is intended for business, professional, and general informational use and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Links to external resources operate under their own privacy practices.
